She is currently the VP of Total Rewards at UnitedHealth Group, leading global rewards strategy and programs to support a diverse and large-scale workforce across multiple markets and functions.

Shruthi Sridharan is a HR transformational leader with over two decades of experience of having worked across industry domains in various HR role functions.  She leads compensation globally for all of Cognizant’s various regions and is responsible for delivering globally aligned compensation programs, bespoke regional & business competitive strategies, modernizing compensation technology, compensation service delivery and lastly line manager education & HR enablement to deliver compensation actions. 

She holds a Master’s degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Stella Maris. She identifies as a leader, thinker, carer and doer that strives to create a meaningful impact through people, process, policy and technology transformation.
