With over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Raksha’s expertise encompasses Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, Employee Wellness and Mergers & Acquisitions. She has held key roles at Max Life Insurance, Ecom Express, Religare Enterprises and HSBC Securities Services. Additionally, she has advised companies such as SAR Group, SHRM and SRL Diagnostics on HR processes. In her current role, she oversees HR practices across APAC, the UK, the US, Costa Rica, Germany and the UAE. Her focus is on delivering a compelling employee value proposition to foster a positive employee experience and drive significant business impact.
