Purpose of Collecting Mobile Numbers

WorldatWork India collects mobile numbers as a necessary part of delivering our services. This allows WorldatWork India to provide timely updates & service-related notifications to ensure a seamless experience. 

Use of Messaging Services for Communication

With explicit consent, WorldatWork India may use a messaging service (like WhatsApp) to send customers important updates, reminders, and information about new features, services, or changes relevant to engagement with WorldatWork India. These messages may include: 

  • Service updates and reminders 
  • Event invitations or participation details 
  • Important announcements 

WhatsApp messages will only be sent to customers who opt in by providing consent through designated WorldatWork India registration forms.

Opt-Out Process

If a customer no longer wishes to receive communications from WorldatWork India through a messaging service, they may opt out by in one of two ways:

  • Submit a new registration form and choose not to provide consent for messaging. 
  • Reply "STOP" in any existing messaging thread.

Once updated preferences are received, the customer will no longer receive communications through a messaging service.
