Niharica Singh is the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Infosys, where she leads Total Rewards for the Americas and manages Market Intelligence and Analytics. With over 18 years of experience in various HR domains, she has expertise in Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Planning and Analytics, Leadership Assessment and Talent Management.
