Ishan is a seasoned HR leader with over 12 years of experience across consulting, business partnering, and total rewards. Currently heading Total Rewards at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) for India and South Asia, he brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise. 

Before Signify, Ishan shaped compensation strategies at Aon as a Rewards Consultant and held pivotal HR roles at Siemens and Reliance Industries. Interestingly, his career began in tech—as a Java Developer at Sopra Group—giving him a unique edge in combining analytical thinking with people-centric solutions.
